Rental Rates for 2009 Season
Value Season…January, February, November, December..£600 per week
Low Season……March, April, September, October…………..£850 per week
Mid Season…….May and June……………………………………..£950 per week
High Season…..July……………………………………………………£1100 per week
Peak Season…..August……………………………………………….£1400 per week
Making your booking
After receiving your enquiry we will confirm availability by email at which time we will email a rental agreement and hold the booking for 5 days pending receipt of the signed rental agreement and your deposit cheque for £300 Sterling.
Deposit cheques will be cashed and are non refundable in the event of cancellation prior to payment of the full rental amount.
Rental Payment
The full rental price will then be payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date at which time the deposit amount will be treated as a security deposit which will be refundable within 20 days of departure from the property subject to any deductions in respect of damage / breakages.
Cancellation of Rental
Cancellation prior to payment of rental amount:
The deposit of £300 will be forfeited
Cancellation after payment of the full rental amount and security deposit:
The security deposit will be refunded
and a proportion of the rental amount will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation prior to arrival date:
56 – 41 days 50% refunded
42 – 27 days 25% refunded
Less than 27 days – no refund
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment
Pets & Visitors
Pets are not permitted and additional visitors other than those stated on the rental agreement are not permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.
