Our San Roque Golf Apartment is ideally located in a beautifully unspoilt area surrounding Sotogrande. It is within easy reach of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Seville, Cadiz and Gibralter.
The apartment features marble flooring throughout (ceramic tiles in kitchen) and has an integral air conditioning / heating system.
Entrance Hall / Cloakroom / Drying RoomThe large entrance hall gives access to the visitors’ cloakroom and the drying room (great for beach gear storage and laundry).

Extremely spacious with double patio doors leading to the terrace and with open views to the golf course and hills beyond.
Featuring three Italian Leather sofas, the lounge seats 6 in comforts (and can sleep an additional two persons as one sofa converts to a double bed).
Enjoy your favourite Sky programs including Movies and Sports on the 32” LCD television which is also equipped with a DVD player. Wireless Broadband access is provided – just bring your laptop!

Beautifully fitted with Siematic units, the kitchen is equipped with a Fridge / Freezer, Touch Control Electric Hob and Oven, Extractor Hood, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Washer / Dryer.
In addition a full range of utensils, electric kettle, coffe maker, toaster mugs, cups and glasses are provided.
The indoor dining area seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen has direct access to to the terrace and the outdoor dining area.
